Wide lanyard groove. Each call is finished with a deep rock hard CA finish to protect the beautiful wood for many years of use and enjoyment. You can spend more money but you cannot buy a better Duck or Goose call. These are beautiful calls that will produce a wide range of tones, from loud hail calls to soft RASPY quacks.
